Apparently Carla doesn’t understand a little off the top isn’t 3 inches. I wish I wasn’t blocked by the wall so I could see. When we left my son in tears said “ why did she keep cutting when I told her it was to much”. Her response was it was a miscommunication. I will never step foot in a sports clips again.

I had a bad experience in another Sport Clips and decide to come to this one. The service was Above my standards. I spoke to Britany about it and she was really helpful, she listened and was really polite. My son received a haircut from Jillian or Jullian ( sorry I forgot her name) and the Service was Excellent, he doesn't talk much and from the moment he sat on Jillian/Jullian chair he didn't stop talking to her. Thank you for the great service.I am definitely coming back.

Julissa gives a great haircut and has an upbeat personality making for a very pleasant experience. Every time I’m in town I will look forward to having my hair cut by Julissa.
