Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Turf Valley

Zero Stars. I give up trying to use this shop. For the record, I never got a bad haircut but this is the third time I have had to wait beyond reason. One time my name was "on deck" and they kept taking people ahead of me- what was that about? This time I tried being smart and checked in online. Got there three minutes early; both stylists had people in the chairs. One finished about five minutes after I went "on deck", checked her person out, swept the floor and went into the back. I could see her back there. So I finally got up and left. If I want to wait for a barber I can get that anyplace without the indignity of a system that pretends like it cares whether or not I wait. And they don't even have a concept that it's lousy.

I'm very fussy about my husband's haircut. Every time he comes home from this barbershop, he looks sharp. And it doesn't seem to matter who cuts his hair; all the Stylists are very good at what they do.
